On December 4, the Disabled Veterans National Foundation (DVNF) hosted a successful Grab N’ Go outreach event at the Reno VA Medical Center, serving homeless and at-risk veterans throughout Northern Nevada. The event provided hundreds of veterans with essential health and comfort kits, warm meals, and access to vital resources designed to support their immediate needs and long-term well-being.
DVNF volunteers, staff, and community partners worked together throughout the day to distribute supplies, offer guidance, and create meaningful moments of connection with the veterans served. More than just an outreach effort, the Reno Grab N’ Go event fostered dignity, compassion, and hope—reminding veterans that their service is valued and that help is available. This event reflects DVNF’s ongoing mission to support veterans in crisis and strengthen the communities that stand behind them.
